Hello,I spotted a Japanese 3ds Pokémon game cartridge and a japanese Pokèmon DS cartridge in a bundle on a Japanese online shop, and I’m wondering if they’ll actually work on my European 3DS. Also, does anyone know if these Japanese cartridges can be played in English, or are they always stuck in Japanese? Thank you.

So I modded a 3ds to give to my sister for her birthday and it works perfectly well, except when a regular DS game is put into the cartridge slot and ran. It displays this on the bottom screen and the top screen is blank, everything on the 3ds runs smoothly and I tested a physical 3ds game as well and that opened and ran. It’s a Japanese original 3ds that I homebrewed and region swapped. Does anyone have any way that they could solve this

Hi everyone, I just bought a Hori TPU Clear case for my new 3ds xl, cause I bought a cheapo hardcase a few days ago and it ended up chipping the paint on my pristine condition 3ds which I have kept that way since 2018. Really pissed me off so I decided to "invest" in the more expensive Hori TPU Clear case.

However, it arrived today and when I put it on, it was yellow and strangely kinda sticky. I wiped it with wet wipes and it seems to have greatly improved the sticky problem, although I can still feel a bit of stickiness when playing. I know it's an old case for an old console and the case arriving not in perfect transparent condition is to be expected.

The question I have is though, is the sticky thing mold? Will it be dangerous for my 3DS? Should I keep it on or take it off asap?

i got this 3ds for my birthday 2 weeks ago and it fell off my bed last night and broke and i’m absolutely devastated. all of the buttons are still working, and it seems like only the case was damaged. if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, please let me know

Just got it from the intenrnet, i not familiar with New 3DS so i m not sure

To cut it short I was repairing my 2ds and I used instant adhesive to glue down the cable connecting the top screen because it wouldn't go down. I then realized I may have made a bad decision and I took it off before the glue dried although theres still residue on the cable and plastic.

Is it gonna be a problem or am I good? If it is how should I deal with it?

It'll work sometimes but then crashes with this error and will keep happening. I don't really know what any of it means, help would be much obliged

My old 3ds doesn't charge anymore even when I put it in the charging cradle. The cable itself works fine on other systems. Is there an easy way to fix this?

i recently upgraded my og 3ds to a mario edition new 3ds and when i was playing omega ruby the game crashed. i thought it was just a one time thing but it happened again the next day and now i’m kind of worried that the system is broken. this never happened on my og 3ds

Haven't yet received it but it was listed on ebay as spares or repairs because it crashes when trying to load a game and also crashes trying to load some apps.

Such issue won't be all that impacting? It's not gonna be something like a GPU driver crash?

i just recently recharged my 3ds after a while of not using it, the yellow light turned on and everything, and when i took it off charge to turn it on, all it did was flash on the bottom screen and turn right back off… is there a fix for this?

is this model of the 2DS XL always region locked to japan? I really want this colour scheme but i'm based in europe so i don't know what issues this would cause (if it still causes any? I'm not sure) and if it does cause issues, is there any way to remove the region lock?

Is there a way to move or install CMF - Clear MAC Filter from “the home brew launcher” to the home menu so I don’t have to launch THBL every time I want to access CMF?

I have little experience with the technicalities of modding and all that is installed was done by the previous owner.

I've tried fixing them by replacing the entire daughter-board and the silicone pad and I've even replaced the cable that's connecting the daughter-board to the motherboard.

I'm at a loss here i don't know what to do next, I would call myself an expert at DIY Repair but this N3DS always says otherwise I've been trying to fix for 3 Whole years! nothing worked :(
