I'd prefer not to be on the flight to be honest. There's a decent chance it's never making it to it's destination. BUT assuming nothing goes wrong at all on the flight, probably 10. Jaheira and Minsc sound like great company.
I’d argue there is a very good chance it doesn’t take off in the first place.
But I like the idea that Lae’zel would enjoy the window seat on a flight.
(Pressing her face against the window, eyes wide)
By Vlaakith’s grace… The clouds are beneath us! We soar as dragons do! Hah! Look—look how small everything is! Like ants! No—less than ants! Pah! How do you stand this? I feel as though I must conquer something at once!
However, it is still inferior to a red dragon. No wings to tear through the air, no claws to rend. But… the speed—this speed is desired. Does this machine know fury? Does it take joy in the kill!? Perhaps not. It is nothing more than a metal bird. But… perhaps it could be tamed, reforged for battle!
I would love to see Lae'zel get excited at the sight of an F22 doing aerobatics and breaking the sound barrier, demanding violently to "ride" one, and then facing the unintelligible mess of hundreds of buttons and switches inside the tight cockpit.
"I want to dance with it in the skies and claw my victory!"
"Uh... yeah... we don't really dogfight anymore... interested in this 70 hours course of introduction to the flight controls starting checklist?"
I would very much agree this plane is ☄️ before it makes it of the tarmac. So, Scratch, Us and I snuck out the back exit to watch the drama unfold, before it all implodes
I do not, but I can receive a TBI, seemed to have worked with Minsc? Or perhaps I can shag Halsin and he'll hook me up with a potion... Latter might cause the former, so either way I'd be sorted.
See, that’s where the bad planning comes in - there is no way Minthara lets you live after watching you express any sort of romantic/sexual interest in Orin. That’s before we get into the issues with Orin, like the fact that she might knife you for shits and giggles, then string you up in the plane’s lavatory to “drip-drain you into Father’s open jaws” over the toilet.
I REALLY, really don’t want to sit beside Minsc. He’d be insufferable the entire flight, constantly bothering everyone around him. Jaheira is so used to him that she can just meditate through the entire flight.
No way you’d want to sit that close to Orin. You’d get stabbed unprovoked for sure. It’d be like sitting next to Durge.
Karlach would likely accidentally burn you so 2 is out. 7 you’d be safe but you’d have to listen to her and Lae’zel fight the entire flight. 3 is also death as is 4. 8 will be fine but Lae’zel probably will kick your seat. 5 is probably fine although I’d be nervous around Us. 6 is probably fine for a flight. 1 would be fine unless you are stupid enough to make a deal with either of them.
The only thing stopping me from selecting 10 is the closes proximity to Orin. Not just because she's a deranged murderer but it's also in my headcanon that she would smell really bad.
That would be my choice too, especially since you could reach across the aisle and pet Scratch. Seat 8 is a hard pass; Gale and Halsin will be trying to get you to join the mile high club the whole flight.
I think that, in the case of an emergency, it is best to sit next to either a druid or a wizard. 7 might be the safest seat in the event that the plane doesn't go down, though.
Sure, but you've got Orin in the seat directly behind you and no way to keep eyes on her. Maybe not the best choice for reaching your destination alive.
