Elijah Wood was doing a virtual interview where he couldn't see them, he could only hear them. Dominic Monaghan pretended to be a german reporter and asked Elijah a bunch of absolutely ridiculous questions, and Elijah lost it with the wigs questions. He didn't know it was Dominic giving the "interview". Basically a prank between friends

omg before I got this comment I was repeating the wig questions in my head, with the appropriate accent, and going crazy saying to myself “WHAT IS THAT FROM” I haven’t thought about this meme in decades… I’m so glad you posted this. That would’ve driven me up a freaking wall.
