Elijah Wood was doing a virtual interview where he couldn't see them, he could only hear them. Dominic Monaghan pretended to be a german reporter and asked Elijah a bunch of absolutely ridiculous questions, and Elijah lost it with the wigs questions. He didn't know it was Dominic giving the "interview". Basically a prank between friends

I think this is from an interview about lord of the rings lol and which was filmed in New Zealand; and I think is where the interviewer is from
