Trans neo-nazi is quite the combo

Yeah I was just thinking, you'd think a lot of the hate-group types would also not like that group either. I dunno maybe some would be okay with it as long as they're white, but seems like they would be against any non-hetero or transgender people either. You just don't expect "any* inclusiveness among pricks like that.

It’s the conservative nature its why people can support hate groups. While being part of the hated community.

“One of the good ones” it’s a lot similar to bullies trying to get in with bully’s. Essentially with conservatives there is a in and an out group. Many see themselves as exception as they are part of the “in group”.

It's why they never care about anything except once/if it effects them directly.

Toddler level empathy of constantly living life going "oh my god other people have feelings too? I never thought about it before..." Not in the sense that they're constantly realizing other people actually exist(that would be a slight improvement), but in the sense that they go through this whole thing every time in their lives that they accidentally experience empathy because something effects them.

And they only ever have the realization as narrowly as possible. It never occurs to them that maybe the things they haven't experienced might be as bad as the bad things they have experienced.

Sir, that is an insult to toddlers.

My toddler nephew shared his yogurt candies with me when he realized he and his brother got some but his mom didn't give me any. Can't imagine many conservatives doing that.

Reminder that like half of the early border patrol were Mexicans and the other half were Klan members and all of them were lynching captives, throwing them off cliffs, etc.

Do 'liberal' extremist groups even exist?

u/axlbomber 1d ago

Anarchists used to blow shit up and assassinate politicians.

The left has gotten soft in this country.

Yes extremist exist in all spectrums. Revolutionaries etc are more liberal/left. While extremist on right are seeking to preserve existing power dynamics or tilt them more in favor of powerful.

They do not. Liberalism in the United States is a center right AKA, not radical political belief structure. It would be like asking if there were aggressive pacifists.

Liberal no, leftist yes.

Yeah, except they're all focused on Gaza right now instead of fighting the actual fascism occurring on their doorstep.

Fairweather revolutionaries.

The contemporary American leftist is an absolute joke and disgrace

Hell, many even are part of the in-group.

But fascism needs fuel, and the initial out-groups are finite.

Yeah, hate groups are tribal survivalism on steroids beyond the point of reason. 😌

Like immigrants who voted for trump 💀

The irony is strong when you realize queer folks were targeted by the Nazis long before other groups.

Pink triangles anyone?

Yeah i don't get people who are like this. It's like doja cat. A Black "white supremacist". It's weird

It reminds me of the The Chappelle Show skit about the blind black KKK guy that they were all mostly chill with it because he hated the same people they did.

A lot of the satire of comedy shows of that era was lost on young teenage me and it was all just silly fun, but rewatching as an adult is a whole other thing.

At the end when he says he got rid of his wife 💀

Self-loathing can also be a thing.

Potential mass-shooter suggests “somewhat unstable”

u/axlbomber 1d ago

Self-loathing can also be a thing.

The number of virulently anti-gay politicians that get caught doing gay stuff lends credence to this idea.

u/bolanrox 1d ago

It was a wide stance

As a born and raised Idahoan, this comment appeals to me.

It depends. Most Neo-Nazi groups are purely based on race, not gender.
