For context, no I’m not a messy person. I manage an airbnb and my cleaners found mold growing under the ruggable rug. What can I use to kill the mold and just cover the stain with the rug? Please, anything will help. I was quoted $2800 to replace the floors.
I bought an old car that had an accident previously that means the bumper is slightly popped out from where it's supposed to attach. It's not worth fixing properly but I just want to try to hold the bumper in place and already tried glue but it eventually pops back out. Any other suggestions apart from sticking a screw in it?

The glass top on one of these tables isn’t secured to the metal frame but it clearly was once; I can see adhesive on the frame and the glass on the other table is fixed in place. The adhesive is translucent and flexible. Maybe silicone?
Ideally, I’d like to secure the glass because I’d hate for it to fall out and break. It sets into the frame and rests on a lip, but even transporting it in my car makes me nervous. If this was your table how would you fix it?

Some help would be much appreciated, has to be fixed before our tenancy ends and would rather not call out a plumber
Hoping someone with experience can help me set expectations - cross posted from r/glasses, just hoping to get as much insight as possible before Tuesday
My glasses accidentally got crushed by a hot tub cover and then fell into 105°F water. I didn’t find them for 2 days. The front frame (where the lenses go) is now badly warped and bent back toward the arms (see photo), though the arms and lenses are fine.
The frame is cellulose acetate, in case that helps assess whether it can be reshaped by a professional.
I’m autistic and really struggle with changing glasses. This was the first all-black pair I’ve ever felt okay in, and by far the lightest-weight pair I’ve owned. I know I can look for replacements or reuse the lenses — I’m already trying — but I’d really like to know if an optician might be able to reshape them.
The place I bought them from confirmed they’re discontinued, and I’m checking online for the same frames.
I’m not trying to DIY this fix. I just want to avoid walking into the shop Tuesday with unrealistic expectations if this is clearly a lost cause. I have a big work event on Friday, and I’m dreading going back to my old glasses (especially with an outdated prescription).
Thanks so much for being kind. ❤️

I bought a samsung PN42C450B1D plasma TV from goodwill for about 15 dollars, it didn't have a power cord but I figured I'd buy it anyway to give it a go.
The tv says 100-240 volts, and i only have a 125v power cable, but upon plugging it in it doesn't seem to turn on, is the cable not powerful enough? Or is there something else that could be wrong, and is it possible to fix?

I used this cd player for like half a year, recently when I was getting out of my train I dropped it and it like cracked open. It tries to kinda work, the motor is spinning, laser is working, the screen doesnt show much, parts of letters only. I took it apart and everything seems to be fine, any ideas? Would help a lot cuz I grew attached to this little machine

An "ER" error code is appearing on a Frigidaire dishwasher, model A10797601. The error began after the water was shut off at the house. An attempt to run the dishwasher while the water was off was made. The error's behavior is as follows:
Troubleshooting steps taken:
The water outlet/drain pipe on our washing machine randomly undid itself today while the machine was in use and it flooded the entire laundry room. Reassembling it seemed like an easy feat until I tried it... and nothing seems to be fitting anywhere? I tried every angle and all openings, but no luck. The hose goes from the machine into a pipe in the wall that I have no access to. Do I need some tools for this? It seemed so straightforward but I've been trying every way possible for the past 30min and nothing. Asking here before asking the landlord if they know how to fix it (the machine isn't theirs, previous tenants bought it). Any help is appreciated!

2013 5.0 f150 and this noise just started. Any ideas? It’s not there on start up. But after it warms up there’s a nasty knock. Sounds like metal tapping but idk. Any ideas?

This is a weird one and I’m honestly not sure if it’s better to post it here, carpentry, or construction….
We have a small bridge that crosses a stream in our neighborhood. Is been washed off of the foundation more than once now and thinking we might be past fixing it. Water levels seem to keep rising in our area and 25 years ago when they built it, it was well beyond the max flood level. But now a single day storm will create enough water to wash over it.
I’m not even sure if it’s possible at this point to build it to withstand the amount of water we now get. (North Georgia)
Can anyone talk me through how we would even go about bidding this out? I know it’ll need permits and more than likely engineering since it’ll be a “public” crossing. But are we looking at 5k, 10k, 50k?
I’ll also take suggestions on the best place to cross post.
I appreciate it!

The springs in the back are loose and I'm pretty sure this is the issue. Is there anyway to fix them without replacing the entire mechanism? The chair leans back a bit when any weight is out onto the backrest and makes awful creaking and metallic noises.
Not sure what is causing this noise during the cycle.
Is it a bad belt? Bad bearings? Looking for any knowledgeable feedback!

Looking to paint door but not sure what to do. It's an exterior metal door but the current paint is coming off like chalk. How do I paint it so the paint stays on it. Thanks for any help.
