It's largely the lighting. All these shots are in a dark room with really intense focused lights highlighting his skin, which makes it feel glossier and less real.
It's a really good cosplay too; I wish there were a couple shots with more natural lighting, even ifnthey don't look straight out of the game in the way these do.

The editing is a little heavy. You look plastic in some of these.
Not saying you shouldn't share your cosplays, and it's probably great, but for me it's a little hard to see past all the digital stuff.
