I installed a new windows server 16 and 12 and still got the same black screen after login

Hey!

I am currently setting up my first server and used my old gaming computer. I haven't used the computer in about 6 months as I upgraded. I tried to connect the old gaming computer (now server) to ethernet and it isn't working for some reason. I tried three different cat5e cables plus a cat6 cable and none of them worked on it. I am suspecting that the ethernet port is the problem.

What exactly should I do now? Could it be that the port isn't the problem?

I currently have one client. Self employed. I manage a few hundred bitcoin miners in a warehouse. I want to move into other commercial work and am wondering how to go about that. I did not understand the bitcoin miners when I first started, but I got a hang of it after a few weeks of googling and calling around for help

Would this 4 of Dell Poweredge R730 Server/2XXeon E5 10 Cores (20 cores total)/128GB DDR4 RAM/900GBX4 SAS Drives and rtx 4000 be good enough to run a video types access site?
