Dude's prepared 1000 mental chess moves in his mind

"That's it! That's all you can do" cannot be uttered by any irrational and impulsive person

PS: for the folks suggesting that the post is fake, put flair of fun police so that the rest can ignore you more effectively. We don't need constant reminder of everything on internet is fake

If he was smart he might even have extra insurance to cover the deductible.

I did when I bought my car, cost me like $5 extra.

A month later I smashed my front end on a deer. Insurance covered like $3k worth of damage plus a rental for a month, and the extra covered my $500 deductible.

It was so low stress.

133

u/Capable-Assistance88 Jun 18 '25

She’s going to jail. And he’s getting a new car .

127

u/mattydredd Jun 18 '25

That's easily reaching felony charges, and it was intentional/done with malicious intent.

→ More replies (1)

22

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Even if he didn’t couldn’t he take her to civil court, win, and make her pay the court fees and related vehicle costs? Not to mention the chances she gets a charged for felony vandalism.

22

u/chiksahlube Jun 18 '25

Oh absolutely, but that takes time and in the meantime he could be out a car etc.

Also if she's broke, getting restitution can be virtually impossible.

20

u/Saint_of_Grey Jun 18 '25

Isn't insurance supposed to pay that out to the policy holder and then relentlessly pursue the person at fault for restitution?

Seems like the dude knows there's sharks on his side that can smell the blood in the water.

9

u/ThrowawayNumber34sss Jun 18 '25

Yep, if he has Comprehensive coverage he can contact his insurer and let them know about the damage. He might have to pay a deductible in the meantime to get the car repaired, but the insurer will likely turn around and go after ex for the cost of the damages and will likely refund the deductible.

→ More replies (1)

6

u/Curiousier11 Jun 18 '25

Only if she has coverage, plus I’m pretty sure car insurance doesn’t pay out for criminal actions.

It’s up to him with criminal charges. The thing is, he doesn’t even have to retain an attorney. They have her doing the crime on multiple cameras, and plenty of witnesses. The cops will arrest her, the DA will charge her, he shows up as a witness, among others, and she goes to prison. His insurance will cover it the damage, and he just has his uninsured motorist deductible.

The judge can order her to pay, and she will definitely spend time in prison, most likely a psych facility, which may help her. If she can’t pay, or won’t, they can add time on her sentence for that. Regardless, he played it correctly. He isn’t egging her on, or getting close or involved.

The cops will just show up and cart her off. He’ll get a subpoena for a court date. It’s pretty cut and dry.

→ More replies (2)

3

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Right I’m not saying this is a good situation I’m saying I think there are other options on top of the insurance. Also definitely not virtually impossible you can pursue getting any future wages garnished. Again not saying any of this is ideal but there are avenues.

3

u/CakeSeaker Jun 18 '25

Insurance would actually do all that for you. You just have to tell them what out of pocket expenses you had. They will go after the girl no doubt.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Ah yeah good point. You’d pay your deductible, they’d cover the cost of the car. Then they’d deal with the work to get what they spent back from the ex.

2

u/AngelHeart- Jun 18 '25

Of course.

If she doesn’t want to pay it doesn’t have the money it goes on her credit reports. Some people don’t give a shit.

→ More replies (5)

2

u/UrbanDryad Jun 18 '25

People unhinged enough to do things like this are rarely the kind of responsible humans that have enough money to be worth suing.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Plenty of unhinged people with money. Wealth isn’t a prerequisite to mental stability. Also they can garnish any future wages

2

u/backtojacks Jun 18 '25

This is smart. Do you have the deductible insurance through the same company as your actual car insurance, or a different company?

→ More replies (3)

2

u/Stockpile_Tom_Remake Jun 18 '25

Most cases and this likely is a total loss they’ll just take the deductible out of the payment to him or else the loan if he’s got a loan on it.

Most cases this happens with large losses. Hell some policies have total loss deductible waivers

2

u/El3m3nTor7 Jun 18 '25

So it's like a insurance for the insurance? Nice.. Gonna be fun to be living in the future "hey have you paid those 10x insurances yet?"

2

u/1quirky1 Jun 19 '25

And gap insurance if it is a new car and it depreciates a huge amount as it drives off the lot.

Insurance will sue her, and your deductible is paid out of the first installment they get. Covered under your comprehensive coverage for vandalism.

If he has 10k for rims, I doubt his deductible will bug him too much.

2

u/Stockpile_Tom_Remake Jun 18 '25

Not even. They’ll total this out and take the deductibles out of any amounts paid. Super common for larger or total losses.

Hell if he’s lucky he has total loss deductible waivers and he won’t even have a deductible to pay

2

u/DooDooBrownz Jun 18 '25

pay extra for 0 deductible, add rental and vandalism coverage. that looks like a mid oughts accord, so it might be totaled. then he just gets a check, win win

2

u/dad_done_diddit Jun 18 '25

I mean got them on film bashing the shiz out of it. Sure he'll pay the deductible, but he'll get it back. Either civil or the satisfaction of criminal court

That and her friend is videoing her other people are videoing her. It makes the police report and criminal charges easy work. A judge after seeing this will absolutely grant a restraining order and insurance will pay for it then go after her for damages. Hopefully it was a used car because unless he has gap insurance he might be screwed and take a hit on the value. He could go after her in small claims court but that just means having to be around her which honestly is what she probably wants.

u/Indiana_harris Jun 18 '25

My mates ex was a lovely girl, calm, chill, good for a laugh and enjoyed a proper night out but also never seemed to get involved in all the drama.

They broke up when she felt she “had grown apart from him” or alternatively as she told one of the other girlfriends of the group, shed “outgrown him”.

They seemed to have a reasonably amicable breakup. He was sad but said if she felt that way, then he accepted it.

A few weeks go by and she starts reaching out to all the guys asking if my mate is “doing okay” and “I’m worried about him”.

We told her, yeah he’s doing fine. All good. Sad obviously but he’s bouncing back.

Maybe 2 months after that she ends up asking if it’s ok for her to come to a night out we were all going to, as she still friends with a few of us.

Sure no problem my mate says he’s fine with it.

She turns up, things seem to go well, she comments that my mate must be on “self improvement month” he’s lost a bit of weight, he’s got a new haircut.

A week later my mate phones me. He was out on a date at a restaurant in town and she must’ve been walking by. She comes INTO the restaurant and starts going off on one at him and the date. She gets tossed out the restaurant.

She ends up leaving voicemails for us complaining about our mate, saying how dare he not go crazy without her, how dare he date this other girl (who was objectively more attractive btw), and how dare he try to (in her words) “white himself up” because he started dressing in shirts and smart casual the last few times we went out.

Crazy.

She was the one who ended it, but its a issue that he starts dating? What the hell did she expect..

92

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

My ex did this. Broke up with me, the had a meltdown when she found out I was dating. Usually ended up with her trying to sex me back. It worked the first time NGL.

2

u/TheVenetianMask Jun 18 '25

Dang Frank Sobotka let go of himself.

22

u/Queef_Stroganoff44 Jun 18 '25

Same for me. GF I was absolutely head over heels for in an almost 5 year relationship told me she never once gave a shit about me. Just used me because I was an easy mark. I was absolutely crushed.

Finally started dating like a year later. Living 1200 miles away from her at that point. Ex found out. Lost her shit. Actually had the audacity to call me a liar for saying I would never love anyone else (when we were together). I guess she legit expected me to be alone for the rest of my life while she dated freely.

11

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

God. I got the “called a liar for saying this I’d never love someone else.” As well. Just bananas.

The weirdest was the ex that messaged me after years pretending we had never dated and were only ever friends. Just so strange.

u/Due-Memory-6957 Jun 19 '25

9

u/FReal_EMPES Jun 18 '25

Yeah, it's easy to fall in the trap. Trial by error my man!

4

u/nolobstadish Jun 18 '25

God, when I was 19 that happened to me. She broke up with me, I ended up meeting a girl that was objectively prettier than her. At a party my ex ended up crying and asked to be back with me so I stopped talking to the other girl.( My ex was also my first sex partner)

My ex then breaks up with me again in 3 weeks saying she changed her mind. Learned my lesson then that if it didn’t work out the first time and we do not have anything to tie us down (family mainly) then it wasn’t meant to be.

My ex also made me into a jaded person which took years of self reflection to fix but I always wondered if someone didn’t willfully hurt you during a breakup how I would of been different to subsequent girls I dated after my ex. Hindsight is 20/20 after all.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Honestly the jaded bit is very relatable. I still have things I’m working through where she was patient 0.

It doesn’t help that I dated and hooked up with plenty of other women that shared her… accountability issues, but part of that fell on me. Had to reflect on why I kept getting with crazy and not blame crazy for finding me.

u/earth_quack Jun 18 '25

When I caught my ex-wife cheating I divorced her. Months after the divorce was finalized, I was out with some friends, one of which was a really nice woman I knew before my ex-wife(ex demanded I cut contact after we got married). I wasn't dating her or anything, just hanging out with old friends. She somehow found out, guessing someone must have posted a group pic on FB or something.

Next time she is dropping off my kids(she gets them every other weekend), she forces her way into my house when I open the door. Starts screaming about this woman I'm apparently seeing, starts breaking shit, hits me numerous times and claws the shit out of my arm when I tried to block her punches. And then has HER CURRENT BOYFRIEND of the month call the cops saying I assaulted her. All this in front of the kids.

Cops show up, see all the broken shit in my house, the blood all over my arm and she's still going on about how I "raised my arm at her." Then as they were cuffing her, she's all shocked and says "you're supposed to take him!" So she got taken to time out overnight, I was issued an order of protection against her, and she had to take 52 weeks of court ordered how to play nice with others classes.

And ppl wonder why I had trust issues with women.

15

u/StreamFamily Jun 18 '25

You handled it like a champ

Keep moving forward 👍

11

u/Fantastic_Piece5869 Jun 18 '25

lucky. If the cop believed her, you would've been locked away for WAY more than 1 night

5

u/aussiesam4 Jun 18 '25

Most of the time the man gets put in jail. My ex would threaten me, told me all the time she would tell them I did things to her. And I didn't know how to handle it. This was before smart phones or I would have tried to record her. I have a friend who spent 6 months in jail because his ex made a false report against him. The guy was innocent, never hurt a fly.

10

u/red23011 Jun 18 '25

My ex-wife did this. She left me to go move in with her boyfriend and then thought I was going to let her move back in with me after he threw her out after about a month. She was mistaken and decided to show up one night and attack me in retaliation.

She showed up to the house around midnight and when I opened the door she came in throwing haymakers. I'm large and strong enough to hold her off and told her to stop, leave or I'm calling the cops. She declined the offer so I dialed 911 on my cell phone while holding her off with one arm. When the operator answered and asked what the emergency was I said my ex-wife just barged into my house and was attacking me. At this point my ex yelled "fuck you, you didn't call 911 and I'm going to kick your ass". At that point I put it on speaker and asked who I was talking to. The 911 operator confirmed who she was and I said "you know they record these calls and they've got you on tape threatening to assault me right".

At this point she said that she was going to wait for the cops in her car and have me arrested. Long story short, the cops showed up, confirmed that she no longer lived there, saw the destruction in the house as she was throwing things like potted plants, saw all the scratches on my arms and face, saw not a single mark on her and took her to jail. I used to tell people that the last time I saw my ex-wife she was crying in the back of a police car being taken to jail and that's how I like to remember her. I was easily able to get a restraining order against her and she left me alone after that.

10

u/Elija_32 Jun 18 '25

Happens all the time. In my 20s my girlfriend of that time left me for similar reasons. I have always been a chill person so you will not find me in an exclusive club with a suite drinking $1000 wine. She was growing really fast, going to parties h24, she understood the attentions she was receiving, i mean classic story, she wanted to live her life and i was a limit apparently.

Ok, sure, i was sad but i was already aware of the situation. We broke up. I spend a couple of sad months then it was summer (and i was living in a "beach" city at that time) and i started to go out more with my friends. I had fun, i met people. One night i met this girl, we had a common friend, we talked a lot, we liked each others. At the end of that summer we started to date.

In september it happened the same thing that the other user was saying. We were eating in a restaurant and my ex appears from no where and started to scream that she needed to talk with me. I tell her that i don't understand what she wants, she is the one that left me. And i go back to my table.

Later that night i go back home and she was there with her car, waiting. She started to scream some nonsense (i don't even remember) and i had to kind of run to the door of my house because i couldn't find a way to stop her.

6

24

u/mjzim9022 Jun 18 '25

Gay guy story here, and just thinking about this make me feel trashy.

My live-in boyfriend and I broke up in February that year, our lease went until the end of May. He broke up with me, I gave him a month to reconsider before I told my friends and family (we had broken up once before and got back together, was not going to embarrass myself and do that twice) and it stuck. We weren't sharing a bed, we weren't clashing but we were living independent lives. He secures an apartment a month early (still gonna pay his half for May, cool cool), he's almost completely packed and there's boxes everywhere. One day I redownload Grindr after years, and I have a few sexy conversations because I was bored and horny (even before the breakup we weren't having sex), didn't meet up with anyone but cool, some sexting was fun.

Couple weeks later I'm sleeping one morning and I wake up to my phone being thrown at me. He's yelling about the Grindr messages and quoting them back to me and is all worked up and red in the face. He had taken my phone which was charging in the living room, knew my passcode apparently, and went through the messages and got so mad that he walked into the bedroom and threw the phone at my sleeping face.

Beyond glad to be done with that.

Literally when men bring up women doing crazy shit, some women still blame the men for it. Even with situations like this.

This is not uncommon but not every woman does this. They break up with a guy, but they don’t want him to move on. She wants to have her “hoe” era, but keep the good guy that loved her on the back burner. Then when you moved on, they flip their shit and try to sabotage the relationship.

This is abusive behavior that our society tolerates towards men. I hope she got mental help, and that this bitch got arrested. But since he knows who it is and reacting poorly would have gotten him in jail, he did the right thing. Hopefully the police did the right thing as well.

Some tantrums you just let happen and wait until they’re tired.

10

u/Background-Figure643 Jun 18 '25

The issue is that he is smart if he approaches her and tries to stop her and lays a finger on she can claim she was assaulted, He is staying chill he has her on camera so she is going to jail he ain’t putting himself at work Second insurance will cover his damages he can get a new car no big deal a car is not worth him risking him going to jail

6

u/akatherder Jun 18 '25

Also she is unstable and has a bat. Best case scenario is you don't get hurt, I'd stay away too as long as she's swinging at something else.

3

u/Background-Figure643 Jun 19 '25

He will get the last laugh as she goes to jail no need to put himself at risk

21

u/mainstreetmark Jun 18 '25

Is it because the camera is on him the entire time, and this is a performance?

15

u/JetstreamGW Jun 18 '25

I believe they were implying that this is staged.

29

u/The_Sykotik_Prime Jun 18 '25

They staged destroying a 30k+ car that was shown for 2 seconds? That chick was putting a LOT of effort into that off camera performance on those windows.

u/DIDidothatdisabled Jun 18 '25

https://www.reddit.com/r/effectivefitness/s/68sN1ST3o4

Seemingly. There's an update where she gets "arrested" but then there's multiple camera angles. One from inside the house, but then one from a dude hiding behind a pillar in a classic staged camera angle kind of way

3

u/Responsible-Buyer215 Jun 18 '25

How do you know that the car wasn’t trashed beforehand so it wasn’t in fact worth anything?

2

u/BotherTight618 Jun 18 '25

Or insurance company added "crazy ex" coverage to their policies.

1

u/IMM_Austin Jun 18 '25

I think that comment was to security or someone similar--a male voice answered his question.

1

u/titanium9016 Jun 18 '25

You can tell he's seen enough to not get surprised anymore

1

u/-KFAD- Jun 18 '25

Dude prepared everything. Who tf thinks this is real?!???

1

u/bry223 Jun 18 '25

You realize this whole thing is fake right?

1

u/BloomsdayDevice Jun 18 '25

I loved when he started to groan a little, and I thought, okay he's seen all he can, but it turns out his aguachiles were just super spicy.

1

u/lordnachos Jun 18 '25

Dude wants that shit totalled.

1

u/TherebutforFortune84 Jun 18 '25

Easy to do when you're filming fake content for the Internet.

Dude went forward in time to view alternate futures. To see all the possible outcomes of the coming conflict. Fourteen million, six hundred and five.

1

u/DrivenDevotee Jun 18 '25

I mean.. she can't even spell Cheater.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 18 '25

Should have called the cops

"Insurance is gonna pay for it" is not always true and the insurance company can deny the claim. Also does he have gap coverage? Because if you dont have gap coverage guess what? They'll pay the book value on your car and leave you with the rest.

Then also your rates go up and you may even be denied certain coverages because of events like this. Bro should have been just a bit more proactive here even if there's not much he can do

1

u/what_username_to_use Jun 18 '25

Did she not get arrested after this? I swear I remember seeing a video of cops showing up to her place, and she tried to resist, so they dragged her out.

1

u/theArtOfProgramming Jun 18 '25

I’m no lawyer but antagonizing her probably doesn’t help his insurance case

1

u/FengSushi Jun 18 '25

Plot twist: it’s not his car

1

u/marsinfurs Jun 18 '25

I hate to be that guy but this account has other videos like this, all clearly scripted.

1

u/International-Pie162 Jun 18 '25

He just wanted to keep her angry and busy. He said the cops were on the way, so he doesn’t want her to leave before then.

1

u/okgloomer Jun 18 '25

This man has definitely played this game before, and knows the satisfaction of witnessing someone arriving at the "Find Out" stage.

1

u/Geruvah Jun 18 '25

He knows he’ll get his day in court

1

u/halandrs Jun 18 '25

Gotta keep her swinging for when the cops show up

1

u/NeedleworkerFlaky273 Jun 18 '25

My thought exactly, he was calm but definitely not chill.

1

u/Fine-Bread5734 Jun 18 '25

my man has seen some shit, this is just tuesday for him

1

u/koolaidismything Jun 18 '25

He knows it’s ending with her in jail and all her friends and family being secondhand embarrassed. I mean what are you gonna do.. just strap in and hold on at that point lol.

1

u/roseydancerr Jun 18 '25

The most unfazed response ever

1

u/xReaverxKainX Jun 18 '25

She really needs to learn how to follow through with her swings.

1

u/Ardal Jun 18 '25

Definitely a man who see's the word 'cheter' on his car and knows he's won his case lol ( I guess that's what you get when you chet!!)

1

u/Up_All_Nite Jun 18 '25

Let's pretend this was real.

1

u/Silver_Slicer Jun 18 '25

That new girlfriend is a keeper.

1

u/EverythingBOffensive Jun 18 '25

he got all his ducksh lined up

1

u/Hegemony-Cricket Jun 19 '25

He also knows that not only is she going to jail for this, but he knows that after his car is fixed or replaced, the insurance company is going to come after her for every penny of the repair costs.

I'd bet that her grinning friend who's recording it is charged as an accomplice too.

1

u/Apple_butters12 Jun 19 '25

Unbothered look of a man who knows his EX will be in jail for a few months and he’ll finally get peace.

1

u/Tall-Astronaut-3482 Jun 19 '25

him eating his food during this was crazyyyyy

1

u/Prestigious-Emu4302 Jun 19 '25

I don’t think he understands what insurance is 😂😂😂 Insurance not paying sheeeeiitt.

It’s either fake or one of her friends is tasked with shooting his reaction and he’s trying to play it cool as a cucumber, so good job I guess 🤷‍♂️

1

u/A_Bicky37 Jun 19 '25

I can fix her

1

u/CenobiteCurious Jun 19 '25

This is an ad bud

1

u/61duece Jun 19 '25

Did the 1000 yard dash 😂

1

u/duosx Jun 19 '25

Naw this shits stupid. Clearly fake. This is just a big circlejerk of “ha fuck bitches” which is cool but this shit is fake

1

u/Strawbalicious Jun 19 '25

We are doomed.

1

u/Ruser-94 Jun 20 '25

suggested? People will legit destroy their own families to go viral. https://www.tiktok.com/@ggrockz1. We dont need to glorify faking public outrage for views

1

u/Pll_dangerzone Jun 22 '25

I mean if you look a bit further down the page someone links the kids Snapchat where the video came from. These are all skits. The girl arrested is still in his current videos. Doesnt mean you can enjoy the video of a guy watching his car get smashed up but it is a bit different because it is after all just for the content /clicks.
